22.

As my father-in-law would say, "It's not very often that you're 22 and 7 months pregnant".

Yesterday was probably the best birthday I've had in years. I loved every minute of it.

I woke up to a sweet goodbye kiss from that boy of mine wishing me a very happy birthday. I slept in, and when I rolled out of bed, there was a plate of homemade chocolate covered cinnamon bears waiting for me on the nightstand. I know that I've talked a lot about these bears recently, but you should just understand that they are my absolute favorite. And somehow Robins managed to sneakily make a whole bunch the night before. I'm not sure there's anything better than waking up with a mouth full of chocolate.

He even designed the cookie sheet with a message. Can you read it?

After that, I got ready and headed to City Creek. I met up with one of my best high school friends, Sarah Welch and we shopped for a bit and then ate at Blue Lemon. Which is one of my favorite places downtown! If you haven't been there, I highly recommend it. It's always so fun catching up with old friends, love you Sar!

We said our goodbyes, and I headed over to Harmons for my favorite gelato. I obviously couldn't eat it alone... So I bought a cup and rushed it over to eat with Chris at his office- which is conveniently only a couple blocks away.

About an hour later I had a reservation for a prenatal massage in Salt Lake. Everyone has been telling me to get one and I finally caved. Let's just say, it won't be the last before this baby comes... HEAVENLY. And is it just me or does everyone feel like you've only been there 15 minutes when the masseuse says, "Okay sweetie, your hour is over.." ? Next time I'll go for the 2 hour massage ;)

On my way home, I picked up this gem!!!! It was my present from Chris and I am still dying over it!! I'm so excited to have gotten this just in time for the arrival of our sweet little nug. I'm sure he will put it to good use ;) And if anyone has some tips on how to work this beast- don't be shy. Cause I have ZERO idea what I'm doing with it. Maybe now the pics on my blog will actually look like they have some quality?

As soon as Chris got home from work, we headed over to my favorite pregnancy-go-to. Buffalo Wild Wings. Somehow I can never manage to get enough of that place. Thanks heavens they built a new restaurant here in Layton. The only downfall about BWW is that I don't get to talk to my husband. He literally is like a kid in a candy shop. His eyes never stop racing from screen to screen. I think I am mostly grateful that he is watching sports though instead of watching me scarf those wings with my hands.

We contemplated a movie, but due my recent bout of restless leg syndrome, I knew I wouldn't be able to hold still for that long.. We opted for a Redbox instead and spent the rest of the night cuddled up on the couch.

My last birthday as a free lady. No kids. Only me and that sweet husb of mine. It was the perfect day and I am so grateful for all of the friends and family who made it so special. I'm sure next year I will be wondering what it'd be like to have ONE HOUR for myself, let alone the whole day :)

And as Taylor Swift would say, "I don't know about you..." JUST KIDDING. I'm getting really sick of T-Swift lately.
